Payment Methods & Frequently Asked Questions Q1: What payment methods do you accept ? A: We support the following major payment methods, ensuring a secure and convenient experience: Wire Transfer (T/T): The most commonly used method. For new customers, payment is typically required 100% in advance of production to  secure current preferential raw material pricing. Long-term partners may apply for more flexible payment terms. Letter of Credit (L/C at Sight): We accept sight Letters of Credit. PayPal / Credit Card: Suitable for samples and small-value orders. All payment details will be provided via a formal invoice following order confirmation.   Q2: What is the payment currency ? Does the price include VAT ? A: Our standard quotation currency is the US Dollar. Quotes are typically provided as EXW or FOB prices, excluding import duties and VAT in the destination country.  We are also able to accommodate payments made solely in RMB.   Q3: Can you issue a Proforma Invoice ? A: Certainly. Once you have confirmed the order details, we can immediately issue a pro forma invoice for you to use for your company's internal  payment authorization or for opening a Letter of Credit.   Q4: How do I confirm that the payment for the goods has been successfully made ? A: When arranging payment for your shipment, you may directly provide proof of payment (either a document or a screenshot), and we will verify with our finance department  whether the funds have been received. Typically, it takes 2–3 days for the funds to reach our account.   Q5: Do I need to pay bank fees ? A: We do not list bank charges on our Pro Forma Invoices. Bank fees vary by country. Typically, we split the bank charges equally with the client.

Transportation and Logistics FAQs    Q1: What shipping methods do you offer ? What are the shipping times and costs ? A: We offer flexible shipping solutions: Samples/Small Batches: Shipped via international express services (DHL, FedEx, UPS), typically arriving in major global cities within 3–7 business days,  with door-to-door tracking. Shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on weight and destination; a quote can be obtained at the time of order placement. Bulk Orders: We utilize sea freight or air freight options. Sea freight is cost-effective, with transit times of approximately 25–40 days to major ports in Europe and the Americas;  air freight is faster, taking about 5–10 days. We will provide the most cost-effective logistics solution based on your order's volume, weight, and time-sensitivity requirements. Alternatively, we can work with a freight forwarder directly arranged by the client.   Q2: Is the freight payable on delivery (Freight Collect), or is it included in the quotation ? A: By default, we quote EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (major Chinese ports) prices. Shipping arrangements are handled by your designated freight forwarder,  with freight charges payable either upon arrival or in advance.   Q3: How can I track my shipment ? A: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page via email.  You can also log in to your account to check the real-time shipping status under "My Orders."   Q4: Is my country within your delivery area ? Are there any import restrictions ? A: We ship to the vast majority of countries worldwide. As some countries may have specific import regulations regarding electronic components,  we recommend that you familiarize yourself with your country's customs policies in advance. If required, we can assist in providing customs clearance documentation,  such as product descriptions and HS codes.
